Adults Program
The Gracie Barra Adults Program ranges from Fundamentals, Advanced, Competition, and NoGi classes. Our 16 week curriculum and structure is tailored to support student success, whether you are a beginner or advanced student.

The GB1 Fundamentals Program is where every new student begins. Designed by Master Carlos Gracie Jr., this 16 week curriculum focuses on the complete art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, from common Self-Defense scenarios, Takedowns, and Ground Fighting. This program focuses on developing a strong foundation for your Jiu-Jitsu game.

The GB2 Advanced Program helps students shape their game flow by enhancing reaction time, to better facilitate smooth transitions between techniques. This program provides a foundation in high-level Jiu-Jitsu techniques and drills, helping students refine their skills and enhance overall Jiu-Jitsu.

The GB3 Competition Program refines students’ skill set to help them achieve their goals in Sport Jiu-Jitsu. In this program, students are put through high-intensive drills and sparring to refine their positional awareness and to start to develop a more personalized game tailored to their strengths and weaknesses.

The Gracie Barra NoGi Program is designed to focus on techniques and positions that elevate Jiu Jitsu skills without the use of Traditional Uniforms. This specialized program is tailored to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of grappling, ensuring that each student emerges as a well-rounded practitioner.
